Shift Out / X-On

Once I sold Dj Turntable to a guy from Turkey.
I received confirmation of delivery after 5 weeks but he told me that he don't have it. After another 5 days he contact me stating that the item was laying on his front porch for 5 days and unfortunately nobody notice that. UPS guy just left the thing without notice, just like that. Go figure. But I would do what Torn said. |

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

Thanks for all the replies, I was getting tattooed by MadHatter after I posted this, and didn't make it back yesterday, lol.
Funny, after I finally told the buyer, all that is left is the dispute process, I haven't heard one word from them. Really makes me think that he/she (one of those names I can't tell) was trying to get me to offer a refund. Especially when I kept offering things to do, and they kept having an answer, "any other suggestions?" I never could get an answer yes or no if they left a message for the mail man/woman to ask them directly about delivering the package, only that they had "talked to the post office." Sue-fl, I understand that would be painful, but if that had happened to me, I'd of filed a claim of theft with my homeowner's insurance, and a police report like Torn said. I even suggested it to the buyer, but his answer was, "nope, I'm a renter, any other suggestions?" I wanted to write back, "yea, buy renters insurance, and next time don't decline insurance".
