determining paysite resale value?

A site that brings in money can be 6-18 months income. A site that has exclusive content and that is it? It depends on the paysite. If it's a general hardcore site it's not work much at all. If it's a shemale site with 10" cocks then that is rare and worth a lot more.

It's plumper content, they are having a hard time driving traffic to it, plumper is not really their niche. It's not my site but she asked me some advice.
