hi guys, just new in running a tgps, any help and important pointers would be greatly appreciated,

Need to know what type of TGP before answering. Do you mean "true" TGPs (where webmasters send you galleries and you list them), "fake" TGPs (links to sponsor galleries rotated by a script), or a Hybrid of the two?
