Slippery slope. As a longtime BDSM player, some slaves and subs get great satisfaction from simply serving the desires and pleasures of the Dominant. They don't NEED to feel pleasure from the act, because their Dominant is the one who feels the need to see them in whatever act you are talking about. Fulfilling the Dominants needs gives some serious slaves all the fulfillment and enjoyment they need.

I have had slaves rip into a intense orgasms when they asked if they had served me well after a session of something that wasn't to their taste and I said, "Yes". But that would not qualify as a complete lack of any form of enjoyment.
