I would be extremely surprised if that has happened. As a program owner you have to provide TMM with certain information as the upgrade is quite an involved process. It doesn't just drop in.

The issue of not saving of historical data is a surprise. I would hope it would be something TMM would handle without charging an additional fee to do it.

There was a nasty thing at the zoo last year about hackers getting a hold of the TMM maintenance user/pass. It sounded like TMM had a remote admin function for their software.

Yeah, I need that historical tracking to make business decisions. Without it I'll probably end up dropping the sponsor(s).
