Considering the amount of flooding we have had in Britain in the last year it would probably be a good idea over here. Particularly in Norfolk (Norfolk UK) where the government's idea on global warming is to let most of the county (over 100 square miles) become one big lagoon. Conservative estimates put that as happening within 20 years.

My dad has got a holiday home up there, right on the coast, so it will be first to go. Unfortunately he sold his raft about twelve years ago when he realised he had not used it in many years, and had got to the age when he doubted he ever would.
