If you fail to list your sites in your post, most people will assume they are no good or that you are a cheater. And when you reply to this criticism by saying "contact me privately for the info", most experienced webmasters will take this as proof positive that either the sites are crap or that you are a cheater. If you don't have the confidence in your sites to list them publicly then you shouldn't really post link exchange requests, you do yourself more harm than good.
