I'm guessing the guy has high blood pressure. Blood pressure medicine counteracts Viagra.

I know this because, if I ever need it, I can get Viagra for free on the NHS, but the NHS also give me medicine for high blood pressure which makes the offer of free Viagra pointless!

If his male stars are of African decent and have sickle cell anemia, fluffers are a safer bet than Viagra. Sickle cell anemia is one of the major risk factors for priapism - that "erection lasting longer than four hours" we giggle about during their TV commercials.
