Contests are usually regulated state to state, and a lot of states have fairly stiff rules for running contests and paying winners. Running a contest might get you looked at by the law. Internet contests are in a greyer area.
You should definitely do your research into the laws governing contests in your state, and doublecheck for federal regulations. |
