cheers for the feed back,

heres my submit page, or warning page I should say I used to submit;

http://www.smithslookup.com/tmay/sub.htm

I have later been told that as its not an idex.htm or html its no good, can I get a reason for this? I dont mean to be rude there are logical well I think logical reasons for this - ie better PR if thigs is the case.

With regard to page titles I never gave it a second thought, it will now be a feature of anything else I do. Are there reasons for including page titles can they be used to help optimise the site as a whole?

thanks for the input, when I have clear the index issue out I will get submitting -
