Company claiming to sell ads on my site... but I don't know them

I own all the close URLs for my website, and am the only one worldwide using name or other variants. (I've been using it since 2004.)

The company doing the claiming is large enough to be sued (turnover probably $28-30 mil a year), but any ideas on what steps to take/ laws they might be breaking/ etc, etc?

Any and all feedback welcome....

Dealing with advertising networks gives me hope that there are indeed slimier people in mainstream than adult.

Unfortunately "adult" includes the niche "kiddie porn", so I doubt if you will ever find a scumball worse than the worst scumball in our business.

I strongly disagree.

KP is *NOT* a niche of any kind within adult marketing.

Neither is sex with animals or fucking a corpse.

They may be things that some fucked in the head adults do.

That does not make them part of legitimate adult marketing.

"adult marketing" is selling anything that people buy for sexual gratification. Just because something that falls within your sphere of marketing is evil, that does not give you an excuse to pretend that it is not "porn".
