Given that it's a couples site (and I'm assuming you're talking about heterosexual couples) then gay categories might not be the best place to start.

Typically "porn for couples" is boy-girl sex, usually just vag. You might go for anal if you like. No choking. No nasty shit. Probably no facials. But I don't know what kind of site you're building so it's hard to make suggestions.

Given that female consumers have become distinctly freaky in the ten years since I started catering to them, you could conceivably have all kinds of content in there.

When you become a couple you don't suddenly become a bland generalisation, you simply become two individuals living together with (hopefully) similar tastes to each other. You do NOT suddenly become the same as all other couples. Trying to come up with a "general" couples site is as pointless as trying to come up with a "general" porn site. For example, some couples will be into bondage, some will be appalled by bondage. So you will need a site that both has some bondage, and has no bondage whatsoever. Some couples will be turned on by watching lesbians, some couples will be disgusted by lesbian sex. So you will need a site that both has plenty of lesbian sex, and also has no lesbian sex whatsoever. Etc....

In other words "couples" is not a niche, it is a cover all blanket option. You are trying to pigeon hole a group consisting of over 80% of the adult population, and in this thread you are basically asking "What turns on EVERYONE and offends NO ONE?"

The only way to run couples sites is to run a site (or several sites) in the form of "couples who are into ........"
