It's not impossible that you will have to replace thermoststs too - those pressure relief valves can fail on their own, but they also will release if the thermostst has burnt out in the on position and are overheating the water. So keep an eye on it.
I got an old house too - way older than yours I'm sure - endless repairs and concerns. I hate roof work the most. |
