Do you get a lot of legit blocked number calls? We don't, so we called the phone company & they blocked them They even give you a 4 digit code to give to your friends that have their number blocked for whatever reason - this way their calls will come thru.

In the last few years I've gotten one legit blocked call from the nurse at my doctor's office because she didn't want people to have her cell number.

AT&T doesn't offer blocked call blocking on cell phones but I did have it from them back when I had a land line.

I'm having fun with YouMail. I've got this greeting for when a neurotic friend calls.
