1) Its just not designed to sell. It looks more like a presentation to investors - i.e. it says "this business could make money when we start promoting it", rather than saying "join up now and get great porn".

2) The "Become a porn producer" pages make it look like it is a site for uploading and sharing your homemade porn, which is not what the site is about, and will scare off your average "just want to look at porn" surfer.

3) It is unnecessary long and complicated. The surfer has to look at several slides and click on several links to be told that is is what he wants. Long before then he will have given up and moved on to another site. Any sales page must instantly catch the eye of the surfer, on the landing page and above the fold. The moment the page loads it must shout at him "this is the porn you want". He should not have to watch a slide show to get this info, and he should not have to click on links to get this info. Here he has to do both. True, the "landing page above the fold on loading" part may not make the sale without more information, but it has to make the surfer want to find out more and start get him salivating, this does neither.

4) (This is the biggest fault) As soon as the page loads it pops up one of those "chat now" slide-ins. Unless the surfer has only just bought his first computer and this is his first time online, he will have seen thousands of these annoying little bastards and be pre programmed to assume the site is a crappy circle jerk TGP, and will run away as fast as his browser can go.

I have neither ICQ nor Skype. However that is irrelevant because although I have no objection to helping people on the board (and if you look at my previous posts you will see that I sometimes do this), if you want a private consultation by Skype or ICQ you are asking for a free business consultation, and you are being a bit fucking cheeky in trying to get a professional service for nothing. If it can be said publicly on the board, and so also be of help to others in a similar position to you, then fine, but if you want a private consultation you gotta pay for it! (Although lucky for you Bill asked a similar question, so you've had most of the information you want for free.)

You just don't get this business at all do you? No, it is NOT "the best deal of all", the "the best deal of all" would be if it made a lot of money for the affiliate. It is useful to know what a site is like to help promote it, and for some webmasters it is the icing on the cake to be able to spend ten days jerking off to free porn (although I suspect that is not the type of webmaster you really want as an affiliate), but it does not make this "the best deal of all", sales do that, and your tour looks like a crap converter.
