The fact that I want to see the licence before buying is only part of the problem. The main problem is that you do not display it on your site. No sane person would buy from you because the only reason not to post it is to cover up dishonesty on your behalf.

Do you really mean that? For example back when I used to sell content I used to allow the buyer to use Photoshop like programs to change the pictures, I allowed them to use them in banners etc, I allowed the buyer to add their URL and post the pictures on newsgroups, web boards, etc, and I think I even allowed them to use the pictures in printed form (magazines etc). I was the only person to allow all this, however if you are saying "the only restrictions is you can not resell" then you are giving the buyer all these permissions and more!

i have nothing to hide and certainly not looking to do anything dishonest...i have been selling content for several years and never had issues. Search some of the other boards to see what people have to say about doing business with us.

I have no problems providing a license as well as all the 2257 docs. The license will be added to the site soon. We are still making changes to the site and sadly at the mercy of the programmers we are working with. In the mean time if anyone wants to see a copy send me your email and Ill send over a copy for you to read or download a copy here

as far as the restrictions yeah i pretty much ok with all that expect reselling the content...the license may not say all of that but we have made modification for those who have asked.

If you are still not interested in buying content from us i understand and appricate the feedback!

Yeah, but the licence should have been the first thing on the site, BEFORE you even started adding content to it. You should not have gone live until it was in place.

Blaming the programmers is childish. When you ordered the site from them your first instruction to them should have been for a page showing the licence. Programmers (by and large) give you what you ask for. If links fail, then it is bad coding and their fault, but if the site goes live without the more important pages being on the site, then it is fault of the person who ordered the site.

You will have known everything I said in my last post, and everything I am saying in this one, well before you started up.
