Good night. Well the client I help in New York lost their verizon circuit for a huge chunk of the day. It was a hard down and was way upstream. So there must have been a bunch of angry people in midtown on 42nd pissed off if they were using verizon.
That got sorted. They tried restarting the server and the open directory got trashed. So I recovered that. Yah backups!
After that I got ordered a system for voip for another client that is moving into a new office. Really my first voip setup so this should be interesting. I think tomorrow I'll be deploying one myself on my home network in a virtual machine to test things out.
Now for the past 4 hours I've gotten some solid code work in and just sent the last bit up to my github project account. Good times. Some of which is for my new link list code. Well a little more than a link list though now. As not being at all one of the bigger link lists I just know I need something more these days.
Alright that's my fun day. Time to read in bed and pass the fuck out. First though probably visit /b/ for some lameness.
