Actually I was being nice to you Americans and using your weight system (tons). The civilised world went metric years ago and our equivalent is tonnes! Your ton is about 5 pounds 6 ounces heavier than ours, so you get a little more snow!

...but those shots are from Cyprus. We have even less money than Spain, officially, which means rents and shopping prices have come down, whilst the fancy property developers and investment bankers in their Porsches have become a rare sight - terrible

...and sadly Obama doesnt really care what people chatter about on our mobiles in a country with less people than a backwater county in North Dakota We are friends with the russians and chinese though, it makes for impressive mafias

Don't you dis them Russian gangsters, I used to make good money from websites for them! (Had to wash it through an offshore bank though. At the time UK banks did not like taking money in Roubles in case it came from Russian gangsters!)

Seriously though. How do you run adult websites in Cyprus? I thought they had strict no porn, and no sex except between married couples laws. (The latter being a good reason I won't be joining you - the former too).

I dont basically, everything is registered, produced and published from elsewhere.

However, the law is actually fairly liberal here - theyve ratified the more or less universal types of laws (anti trafficking, anti CP and other common sense things) - and banned hardcore porn on display down at groundlevel in kiosks etc ... but I suspect youre right about the morality about it, certainly for older generations. If referring to northern (Turkish occupied) parts of Cyprus it may also be different.

But in the south ... well Manwin and others have registrations here, the AWM Open has been held here, theres tons of strip joints on the bar strips etc etc ... and a survey from 2009 showed Cypriots being those watching the most porn in Europe (Hungarians watching the least hehe)

Anyway, I wouldnt disrespect religious people by stuffing it in their face ... but the laws aint particularly restrictive.
