Good Morning

Well not much going on around here, especially with sales this week. I have been working the biz and not the house because the chiropractor said I needed to stop for a week or two and build up my core muscles. So I have a few planking exercises and stretches I've been doing to help with that. I have really let myself go from my racing days and now paying the price

It's Friday so this means work all day, watch a movie and Gold Rush.

Lunchtime I went to an outdoor food market to eat. They had stalls for all different types of food, from all different countries. But sadly the longest queues, by far, were for the hamburger stall and the fried fish stall (most common type of take away in Britain). Only about 20% of the people were prepared to try something new.

Sorry did not get back to you, surprise trip to D-land with grandson.

It's on the Discovery channel. If ya have cable you can probably find this season in the "On Demand" area.

Reminds me a lot of our biz. If ya get on good dirt you can pick nuggets out of the box but if ya don't then you are working all day/season for next to no gold at all.
