Any kind soul want to give a couple of quick pointers?

I'm not the one to give advice, would love some tips as well.
I just started out doing this, adviced by other people on my program.
Hence my comment on tubes Alexa ranking. All tubes I've signed up to so far rank higher than the largest site I'm promoting.

So I'm a tube newbie as well, hate them.

The main clue is wether you have your own stuff to promote or not.
If you do, you can easily get 'partner'-account which gives you the right to upload with watermarks. I'm an affiliate, watermarked by a domain redirecting to the site in question itself.
Some tubes don't like me upload, they don't want watermarks and I have a hard time arguing why they should.

So does this pays off? I dunno, but guess so eventually, since a lot of folks do it.
