Good Morning

Had a very nice birthday celebration for my son last night. Food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly which they should because it is was quite pricey. There goes a couple of months rental income but what the hell we are making made money in this biz

Wife and I will probably go see a movie later today with a toss up of Age Of Ultron or Tomorrowland depending on how busy the theater is.

Besides that it will be work, work, work to try and recover from the bill last night.
