Morning!

If you've been following my Need Some Advice For Selling Some Memorabilia On eBay thread (and I know you have) then you know I'm trying to sell some old t-shirts from the old Opie & Anthony show. Well, I put the 1st one up yesterday:

...and I have to say, so far, My O & A T-Shirt Is A Hit!

I guess this also means that Greenguy89.com is officially up & running. Who needs Wordpress when you can do it all by hand!!!

OH! Figured that since coffee wasn't that great during the warmer months, I'd give caffeine pills a try. Still playing around with the dosage, since I think I took one too many yesterday afternoon & almost passed out

But, once I grabbed some food & composed myself, things were good

Having the family over for my step-daughter's & niece's birthdays this afternoon. I'm hoping that will energize me into staying up for tonight's

game

No selling anything on eBay this morning.

I see that my house guest left sometime this morning. She left me a really nice not saying how much she enjoyed her stay.

Didn't get to sleep until pretty late last night so having a hard time waking up this morning. Hoping to make it to the gym today before a mainstream client comes over later that I'm building a magazine type site for in Wordpress.

We have grey skies at the moment and cool weather, I like it, but should be around 70 when the wife and I go walk around D-land this afternoon/eve. Until then it is work and a nap before we go.

Well I timed that perfectly. I don't have AC at home. We are now in an actual, genuine, hot period of weather in England (won't last) and I am house sitting for someone who does have AC. (WooHoo!)

Not working as much as I should be. I'm still working on my press release site, which is basically an entire website dedicated to telling the world how brilliant I am and how great my book is. I'm British, and that sort of display of egotism does not come easy. (Plus, I have just ended a sentence ".....how great my book is." so I guess I can't claim to be great at writing English!)

Puppy News

As I type this the puppy is trying to get me to play with him with his long necked squeaky giraffe. I know all giraffes have long necks, so saying "long necked squeaky giraffe" may be a bit redundant, but this one has a disproportionately long neck, even for a giraffe. If his body was the size of a real giraffe's body, his neck would probably be long enough for him to look over the top of the Empire State Building. And as his head is about three times the size of his body, that would make him scary enough to give Godzilla the shits!

We have two game we play with Squeaky Giraffe. One is: I hide squeaky giraffe behind myself, then make him peak out and squeeze him at the same time so that he looks round me at the puppy and goes "squeak". Then he pops back in hiding and the puppy tries to grab him before he disappears.

The other game is: With his big head and long neck, Squeaky Giraffe looks a bit like a hammer, so I "hammer" the puppy on the nose with him, squeezing at the same time, so that he bops the puppy on the nose and goes "squeak" as he hits him. Again the puppy tries to grab the giraffe before he gets away.

The puppy is not actually very quick, I could always beat him easily. But I let him win often........I'm generous like that!

I'm more of a pussy person myself.

I ended up with my dead friend's cat..
After having to search her townhouse for her cat after the body was removed the cop and I found him very scared under a couch.

The first day he wouldn't come of the cat condo that is in my bedroom. On the second day he finally ate something, but was still too scared to let me near him. Next day I found him hiding in my shower and I brought him to my bed and started petting him. Since then he now comes to me when I call him but will not come out of my bedroom and when I take him out he runs right back into my bedroom. Actually this isn't a bad thing because I want him to learn where home is before he discovers the cat doors.

Last night I came home and couldn't find him. Since I had him locked in my bedroom there wasn't a lot of places for him to hide. I finally gave up and went to sleep. Turned out he has found a new hiding place behind the blinds that I always keep closed behind my bed.

He is super sweet and is starting to relax, but still really traumatized.

Poor thing

My cat use to hide in the box spring lol. Tore a hole in the under covering and would climb in there if the smoke alarm went off or anything like that.
