I feel kinda

today as far as my summer cold/flu. My mind, however, is

after watching the vid on YouTube (now removed) of the news reporter & cameraman that were shot on live TV during a fluff piece at a local tourist attraction in VA:

Good Morning

Pulled a muscle in the shoulder area that runs into the neck so been dealing with this since yesterday afternoon. I'm hoping if I rest it today I can get back to working on the house tomorrow. So today is biz all day with pain killers plus heat and ice packs

I'm sure someone has been shot where I live in the last 24 hours, but no news crews as far as I know.

Work, grocery shopping, and then going to Dave and Busters to play games with a lesbian Meetup group and hoping that my ex doesn't show up.

On a positive note I went bike riding yesterday and was able to do a bit over 7 miles without having to stop due to leg pain. Next I'm going to try going over a drawbridge on my bike. I've really missed biking so yesterday was a very happy day for me since just a few months ago I couldn't even do a mile without having stop in bad pain.

It is still raining here. Yesterday I got my winter coat out, today I start building an arc.

Was told that so far, in London alone, the fire brigade has been called out over a hundred times to rescue people from flooding. What is wrong with these people? The water starts rising and you get out of there! You don't say "I'll just wait here until it gets deep enough to drown in, then hope someone calls the emergency services to rescue me!
