Puppy News

At last felt well enough to walk the dogs yesterday, but it was a very short walk. The puppy actually seemed to realise I was ill, and treated me "gently" for once.

What hit me most was that after I had walked them, their owner usually takes them upstairs to feed them, and I stay downstairs to use the toilet. The puppy did not want to leave me. He had not seen me in over a week, and he wanted to stay downstairs with me rather than go upstairs for food. First time I have ever seen a dog put someone before food - ever. I was flattered.
