Kristian: I vote double on the "get a lawyer" thing... I think you might also want to chat with whoever would be processing for your site. I suspect you will see that Visa / Mastercard will have some interesting restrictions for you. Things like scat / watersports are pretty hard to get processing for any more.
Anything non-consentual is very questionable, doubly so if you are doing your "user submitted pictures" concept. Then you start getting into the question of who forced who, etc. Working without model releases is hard, working with potentially non-consentual stuff might negate whatever other solution you have come up with. If you were in the US, I would suggest a little trip to your local porn store / video store and see what is for sale. That will give you a very good idea what is generally legal in your neighborhood. Not sure what you would do in the UK... Where are your servers located? That might help you decide how wild or not you can be. Alex |
