You should not get banned as long as you have this post up here, post your domain name also in this post though.
If for some reason you do get banned for downtime, you can refer the linklist owner to this thread as proof that you warned people. No guarantee you current sites wont be deleted (if you down for too long) but you shouldnt get blacklisted at all.
