Blog boards
This is possibly not the best place to ask this, but you guys are the only people I know who may be able to help me.
I am looking for good blog boards, like this one, but aimed at non-adult blogs. I found a few but I just went back to them a few weeks after posting and found that (with one exception) although no one had replied to my post, the threads I started was near the top. In other words the boards had obviously not seen much activity over the last few weeks. The reason I need to contact non-adult bloggers is that I am about to start a no-recip required blog link list, that lists both adult and non-adult blogs. However I have been advertising it in my sig on this and other adult boards and most of the submissions for links have come from adult blog sites. Not normally a problem as I want adult sites as well as non-adult sites to list, but I really want them either in roughly equal quantities or with more non-adult than adult, and at the moment the site looks like an adult link list with a few non-adult links thrown in as a sop. I really want to change this before I go live (which was to have been about now). Thanks. |

dirtyjumbo - Thanks
Moderator. Ooops, until I read dirtyjumbo's comment it had not crossed my mind that I may be asking people to break etiquette since I am asking about non-adult boards. However if you feel that it is unreasonable of me to ask this here, then please delete this thread, I will understand. |

A woman is like beer. They look good, they smell good, and you'd step over your own mother just to get one!

The normal way of contacting nonadult bloggers is to become a member on someones blog, than you start posting comments, not spam just friendly usefull comments. After a couple of weeks the webmaster starts to know you and you can exchange links. I think that normal bloggers don't visit forums often cause they have a blog which can be seen as a replacement for forums.
