No power, running on batteries, hurricanes suck big nasty slimy green donkey dicks!!!

Looks like the power went out for good. I heard the biggest explosion yet and there is not lights anyplace for as far as I can see.

My big UPS blew out earlier when a bad serge hit so now I just have two laptop batters and one small UPS that I'm using to power my router.

Usually when a very large area goes out like this it gets fixed faster then if just a block goes out so I'm hoping but with the weather like it is I doubt that repair crews will be working.

Anyway after MML called to see if I was ok I just wanted to let everyone know that I fine, just bored miserable, and dreading my house getting hot since I no longer have power to run the A/C.

Saving power so that I can go online and get news so I'm just going to be checking in every now and then.
