I Got An Email From Exmasters

A submitter sent me a PM in regards to his sites not being listed. I looked & he's hosted at Exmasters. So, after years of complaining to them about the sites/domains they host & not getting any replies, it looks like we've finally made contact with them

Here's the email:

Hello GreenGuy!
We were notified that our hosting is banned on your pages...

Please, may I ask for the reason so we can fix it and get's unblocked? As we
offer also virtual hosting,
not only dedicated servers, we can't control everyone's galleries - but when
we get any complain,
it's always resolved promptly or within 24 hours. So there shouldn't be any
problem, that's why
I'am asking you - to fix if there is any problem of which I'am not aware.

I know I'm not the only one that has this host & anything associated with them blacklisted, so I thought I'd bring this out into the open now that they've contacted one of us so that we can all join in the discussion.
