Happy 5th of July 2012 for all that survived the 4th of July
I think my stomach was a casualty of yesterday's festivities. Table after table of junk food. Hundreds of people along with their dogs in a not so big pool and sun hot enough to melt lead with no breeze at all was my day yesterday.
Lots of work to do today but I'm still forcing myself to hit the gym today after eating a year's worth of junk food yesterday. |
