Well, yesterday I took my Daughter driving a little. I had no idea how well she drove before I picked her up but told her we were doing a little realwold driving. We first stopped at the Connor store for a 12 pack of Diet Pepsi...and then came the bank drivethrough. She cried She did pretty well but seems to like to drive fast.

Today, I will be here all day, I think.

It's the second day of my diet thingy, I've eaten more veggies and fruits than is good for me I think. The lack of meat is making me dizzy. All is going very well

Got soccer practice this evening but other than that I'll also be here all day.

Haven't eaten flesh in over twenty years. No pigs, cows, lambs, seafood, cats, dogs, birds, or anything like that.

These days I mostly eat at Sushi/Japanese/Thai/Asian type restaurants and have never felt healthier.

Earlier this year I started eating out with my neighbor a lot, was still eating vegetarian, eating mostly American and Italian cuisine and put on over twenty pounds in a very short time. I still eat out with my neighbor a lot but eat my real meal without him and then just have a small salad or soup with him.

I'm at the lowest weight that I've been this century and still slowly losing more.

I stayed up late last night watching Jim Norton on Letterman & finally completing my CCBill stats gathering task (the big unreadable mess of stats should be posted today or tomorrow)

The Bitch is going to see Rascal Flats tonight (they could walk into my livingroom & I'd have no idea who they were while being confused as to why rednecks were robbing me) All this really means to me is that I can eat bacon sandwiches for dinner

good evening all well almost evening here 5.50 late midday here, i have an huge fucking headeache, still i have to go to the school of my daughter this eve at 8.45....hell stupid time, a talk in evening with school i hate to get out of my old shorts and sweater and have to dressed nice to go to some apointment, i think i have the headeache from my son , he is still sick and is babbling my head off all day ( i think i know how my hubby feels now when i start to babble) other then that i have worked ahead with the reviews so i can spent the weekend on my own things, like stuveltjes porn, a bitch i need to work on.......... i am tired............Have a great day all

Afternoon all.
Hey Fonz, I've been through that, took me 4 years but I lost 126 lbs. and for the most part I'm keeping it off. What I did was stop eating right before bed, and gave up hamburgers, pizza and french fries. Ate a lot of chicken fajitas, chili, salads and tons of fruit, dessert is still usually a baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon and low fat whipped cream, tastes exactly liike apple pie, but without the calories. Takes two minutes to make in the microwave.
The first couple of weeks were hard, but I got used to it and still eat a lot healthier than I used to. I feel 100% better for it, I was so fat I was having trouble standing up for more than a couple of minutes, now I walk just about everywhere I go, start skating again this year and I'll be playing hockey again next year.
Hang in there bud, if you can last two weeks you've got it beat!

I did the Fat Smash diet as well & I went from 195 to 175 in about 2 months - it really does suck for the 1st 9 days (especially the 1st few) but if you can stick to it, you'll drop a lot of weight.

Suggestion: make a big fruit salad once a week (I still do this 4 months later) It's great for a snack, you can eat it with oatmeal or yogurt now & with cereal in Stage 2.

Good morni...err... hello

This morning was the first time working the clutch with a broken toe. More ouch than expected, particularly since I wasn't expecting any at all. Then walking around a big Publix grocery store for an hour. Finally home to find the power was knocked out by the big rainstorm that soaked the seats in the Jeep while I was in Publix.

Still playing a little catch-up from the power outage so just dropping by to say hi.
