The "jaggies" and horizontal lines on the first site's pics are a pretty clear giveaway. Some of the pics also look like one of photoshops artistic filters have been applied to them. Not very good quality.
A quick glance at the 2nd site looks much better. Most vidcaps look kinda crappy, that's why they're not allowed, but some are quite good and I would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
