If his site rules are 3 links per page then you are not breaking the rules whether you use the 3rd link for a sponsor or your hub what does he care? Apparently he/she does. |badidea|
And everyone who builds free sites always links to a hub or FPA leading to a hub of some sort. At least they should if they're not. |
