These type of posts always seem to be somewhat less productive than one would think, at least thats my thought, the reason I say that is because for every good there's a bad or very every bad there might be 10 goods.

Tommy as for the Hosted galleries, I wouldnt say they are all G-Rated, I would say we have always been a more Niche company than a Hardcore company, we do have some Hardcore sites, but we have always had alot more Niche & Micro Niche sites, with so many Micro niche & Niche sites it will always seem as if there is more "G-Rated" stuff in the mailer than anything else.

In regards to the sales, or conversions being off for some Affiliates, Ill say the same thing I have always said, "Youll get in what you put out", meaning if your relying on Free Hosted Galleries & free Hosted Sites (The same ones everyone else uses), than your going to get those results, those affiliates using the Free Hosted Stuff, but also using "Money Tables", "Banners or Text Links" on their site will achieve better results, those affiliates that go out and are creative and work hard, will always generate more money, the affiliate that builds galleries (regardless if it's with the same content or not), will always generate more clicks, and sales than an affiliate only doing 20% of the tasks. I see it everyday, there's plenty of huge traffic sources out there today that think it's all about the "Free Hosted Galleries", than there's the little guy that no one knows of, that no one hears about, and that youve probably never met, that makes 1 gallery a night and triples the sales of that "HUGE" traffic site/source. Trust me, this isnt made up stuff, it's the facts, in the past if my sales were down with an affiliate program, I looked in the mirror before I looked at anyone else, perfect example of that was ARS back in the summer of 1999, I was making some excellent loot with them, than the summer came, I sat on the couch, played plenty of PS2, watched plenty of Jenny Jones, and went to plenty of BBQ's, than when my checks came in and they sucked along with my Conversions, I could have called Becky over at ARS (she was who I always dealt with), or I could have really looked at how much I put into making the sale.

Im not saying it's always the affiliates fault by any means, Im just saying with our average Overall conversion accross the board at 1:219 for the month of December, and over 3k active affiliates throwing traffic at us, there has to be more to the puzzle.
