I think this has changed over the past few years. I don't think many LL's will refuse a site for hardcore content on the warning page. Some LL's even have hardcore images in their recips. I certainly don't reject on Joy Porn for that reason.

The whole idea of a 'Warning' has always mystified me. Most kids when seeing a notice 'Beware, Hardcore Porn Site ahead' will take it as an invitation.
