How do you relax?

I am just curious because it seems like I work way too much and dont have much in the way of a hobby. Even during the summer and during fishing season I tend to work a lot. Family is getting worried about my health as I already have a ton of medical problems i deal with daily.

When I do get away I sit in front of the tv or play my playstation 2 to do something where I dont have to think, I can just kill people on the games

I have been thinking about learning how to play guitar, so I bought some new strings for this accoustic guitar I had and a book and have been thinking about going to take lessons.

Just curious what you do to relax and how often you get away from the computer during the day to just take a break.
