Morning all. (Well it still is here
![]() ![]() Did a Nutritional Typing test last week, and realized I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet. I can only eat so much tofu, soy milk, soy protein powder, and cheese, so added eggs back in. Cleo, any good suggestions on other veggy protein sources? No way I will add meat/chicken/fish back in, but maybe there are some good veggie ones I'm missing.
