I didn't explain it properly i think!
The video is not on public property or even video taping public property...it's pointed at my door, and front porch area which is private property 100%.
He is also recording audio which I know is against the law, but this video thing I am trying to figure out. Thank you for the help! And Cleo! why cant i get a partner account to submit galleries and free sites??? Ive tried for 6 months!!!!!!!!!  XOXO Mariah
