I think that the FHS that you've made are pretty good - but I agree with Swedguy about the banner. Needs to be far more eye catching.
Just one question about FHS in general: I assume that FHSs are generally made for link list owners and not webmasters who make free sites as they would not be accepted on link lists in the same way TGPs dont accept hosted galleries. So its just for link list owners to make extra cash?
