A simple & very helpful tool for creating thumbs fast is Easy Thumbnails. It's free & very easy to use, and although it's called Easy Thumbnails you can use it to adjust pics to all sorts of sizes, reduce file size etc etc. Very handy tool that I use a lot.
http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/index.php I know that some folks here prefer making thumbnails individually, but sometimes a good tool helps a lot.  |
