Which brings me to the point of this post ..

Have Link List webmasters forgotten the reasons why they opened a link site?

I am starting to think so with many of the LL sites I visited. A well built ultra clean free site should not be a exercise in walking across hot coals to get listed. Even getting to the submit form in some cases is a hellish exercise.

Whats google going to find stronger, LL with 1000 return links, or LL with 10000 return links?

A link list is about lots of links? No? you need as many links as you can get your hands on IMHO ... so why make it so hard to build your LL?

I can't help but think many webmasters have forgotten why they built a link list.
Might be an idea to post the url of your freesite. If I like it I'll link it, even without a recip.
