Why don't you just use handbrake to rip your dvds for the appletv? This what I use. Works like a charm. Has functionality to do it for iPod as well. Other stuff too. Yesterday was in chatsworth and on the train up enjoyed some nice rips from the program. Watched season 2 of the wire. (another great hbo series) Gearing up to launch a network of sites. Hopefully some of you will want to push some of them.

I tried Handbrake but it had issues with some of the DVDs that I tried it on.

I actually tried about a dozen DVD rippers before settling on the one that I bought.

Whatever works. Just thought just incase I would toss out the free version that's been rocking for me.
