I have 2 registrars for this reason. 80% of my domains are still up, most of the free sites, etc. Totalnic and Directnic.. It was totalnic that actually waded through the paperwork and let me know what was going on. I didn't have a clue Why until they emailed me. So yeah, it was a pain in the ass learning experience, but I will probably be keeping them.
