I don't get the whole pain/domination genre. I just don't like violence but I'd get pissed off real fast if I was tied up. If it rings your bell, then more power to you. Take it to the limit. Just don't do it in my yard.
On the other hand, maybe its just my hillbilly blood, but I dig teenage girls.
