I'll state the obvious....Why would she have to give up the Hustler work? Most girls with their own pay site work for cam companies all the time. It adds money in their pocket AND it gets their name out there so of course gets their own personal web site way more traffic.

Keep the Hustler gig!! And do not partner with someone!!!! (unless they have or get your new site traffic, and lots of it!!) If anything partner with an affiliate program that'll take 30%-50% depending on their involvement. An affiliate program has webmasters and will get her traffic right away!
