Please keep in mind that promoting programs like Evidence Eliminator (and others) can also lead to lower commission on other sponsors, since anyone who buys those products will now have a tool which deletes all their cookies for them automatically. So it can hurt not only the original webmaster who made the sale for Evidence Eliminator, but every other webmaster whose site is later surfed by the EE user. All webmasters really should boycott any and all products which wipe out the cookies stored in a surfer's browser. The only people helped by these products are all the sponsors who don't have to pay any affiliate commissions once someone is using any of the automatic cookie killers.
