I wrote that tool and it does in fact have some issues with CCbill links, mostly because CCBill link codes tend to get mangled if you apply proper web standards to its encoding and such. Will fix this some time soon when I have some time

You ladies and gents are ahead of me on your research. I was just getting into cookie checking when we started discussing them on OTB so ty for posting your results. It saves me a little time and if I come across any sponsors not already listed, I'll add them to those you have already shown on this thread.
