The usual work on the agenda but I need to purchase a weed whacker to deal with some yard before Halloween since I do not have a gardener anymore.

I'm getting close to that and since my Grandparents lived in a couple of them I would not mind it especially if they have all the amenities they had like pool, tennis, golf and so on. If real estate stays the same or goes up a bit by the time 55 comes around I could get rid of my mortgage
