could DRM protect them? not sure how it works with hotlinking
check out playadrm.com they have many solutions to allow people to have the movies but for you to capitalize on the peopole who have taken them we are also working on something like this to offer to webmasters but its not even close to being done, so I'll plug them for now :-)
