bloody viruses and spam email are now taking up 70-80% of all email traffic on the internet, can you believe it!!! Unfortunately, the reality is that the only thing to do is delete it.

I have upgraded to Outlook 2003 (aka Outlook XP) and find their internal spam filter works about 98% of the time, I highly recommend it now. Even though it is an ms product, it is developed by the ms office team who imho still create some quality programs.
